This place seems to belong to legends. Just getting there is an adventure, going trhough one of the best kept landscapes in Guadalupe. this place goes through the first section of the Guadalupejo river, included in the Extremadura's protected environments declaration, as an example of biodiversity conservation. the way goes up a very high stone quarry, where we'll enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding area, just beside the cave.

Just like nearly every cave around here, it's the product of minery. At the entrance we will be able to find miner activity remains. Inside, an about 82ft long tunnel goes down and turns until rocks and slided ground keep us from going further inside. Numerous minery tracks can be observed, which reinforces Mario Roso de Luna's tales about this.
